Mavia B.V., based in Amsterdam (“Marvia”, “we”,”us”, and “our”) is a technology company. Marvia provides brand management and distributed marketing software as a service. The “Website” means Marvia’s website (including without limitation www.getmarvia.com, support.getmarvia.com, and any successor URLs, mobile or localized versions, and related domains and subdomains), and the “Services” means Marvia’s products, applications, and services, in each case in whatever format they may be offered now or in the future. As you use the Services, we collect and process information from and about you in order to provide you with access to the Services, enhance your experience while using the Service, and communicate with you. Marvia cares about Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy fully applies and respects the highest protection standards set by the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") in force since May 25, 2018, that regulates the processing of personal data of natural persons. The geographical scope of the application of the GDPR is very broad. Vendors are examined regularly and Marvia signs individual Data Processing Agreements to ensure the highest attainable standards of protection.
